She is the typical dem "fall guy." They always get a "fall guy" to take the place of the real guy(s) commiting the crimes, so the public is satisfied that the culprit has been found. Then come the congressional "hearings" that take weeks, then nothing happens to the fall guy. Same old playbook over and over again. 🙄
