Looks like we all got screwed.
I don't know about the rest of them but capital gains tax is still 15%. I am thinking about selling my house and I have been looking into this.
All I know is for the past 10 years we have come out in the hole, but never did before that.
The money goes so fast these days I can't keep track anyway.
That’s why I’m thinking of selling had the house for 33 yrs in Mass thinking of downsizing because I can’t afford it anymore. But that 15% in Capital gains is about 45K they are stealing in taxes. It’s a good chunk of buying my next house. I may have to stay where I am.
They suck you dry until you die. Then suck your kids dry on what you leave.
