Correct James, and we presently ARE living in the Restored American Republic and subject to the most Superior Law in America which is the UCMJ (est. 1776) under a 24/7 Martial Law Jurisdiction IMO which is a good thing, because we are At War facing matters that can only be resolved by The Military.
One matter soon to be resolved IMO is the Admiralty Court situation (considered foreign vessels in drydock) which have yet to be completely shut down, captured and expelled from America. We are literally watching a Military Contest between our Republic + our Armed Forces, and The BAR (British Accreditation Registry) which consists of BAR Judges and BAR Attorneys loyal to the Crown of England, AND who IMO are mostly engaged in acts of Terrorism against the American People.
Now who do we think is going to win that Military Contest considering the nature of each of the opposing parties and the fact we officially are engaged in THE WAR AGAINST TERROR?
