That's the old downtown Chinatown things got so bad there they moved to the other side of the river 😎
I wonder if that's the location for their new smart city? I just saw a plan proposal for riverfront shopping and dining in Roseburg along Umpqua River.... the same area is homeless camps and frequent fires out of control from transients.
