They try to scare you by saying that sun exposure causes skin cancer.

There's no proof of that whatsoever.

They want you to stay out of the sun because they know that exposure to it helps produce Vitamin D within your body, which is necessary for good health.

They only make money off of sick people, not healthy people.

I'm guessing they're in the lotions at tanning bed salons also, thus the demonization of the tanning beds.

Be careful...I have been trying unusual things all my life...they often are by mistake..If you try it be gradual!
IE Warm not hot, Not straight apple Cyder...learn to listen to your body!..and gut!

When I was a kid..down the shore, discovered if I took a hot bath with sunburn it healed faster..took the chills out and tanned easily.
Thinking now..of course water.. God's creation!

I stumbled on it and never had the issues my siblings did. Oh..In 20s discovered APPLE CYDER VINEGAR was excellent to use out of the bath.
If it was too much sun the next day, though not sore used Aloe.
