Yes, I do agree that this violence must stop, just questioning if the marines need to be brought in for a small area.

I don't think it's saying there haven't been any riots, I think they are just saying it's much more isolated than what is being portrayed.

That is possible, anything is in this war. It sure is lining up to at least look like that possibility is a very real one.
