It would seem reasonable to freeze the assets of those funding this insurrection and those receiving those funds. These are not "riots" this is an insurrection and IMO military rules and law should be the focus. In wars, enemy assets get frozen. Bypass the regular judicial system, and invoke military law. No more "inquiries," senate hearings, allowing federal judges to interfer etc. Just call it an invasion and insurrection and start rounding up the instigators and put them on prison ships off shore. Use aerial methods for disbursement, shower the rioters with dyed water to identify them. Board up and barracade the area with trucks, tanks, bulldozers, whatever is necessary to prevent destruction and looting. 🙄
