A balanced budget is vital to for personal financial success, and corporate financial success, and so it should be as well for national financial success. If someone was stealing money from our personal finances we would take action. If someone was stealing money from a company offering products or services, the CEO would fire that individual. The honest employees would also suffer in this scenario. But with congress and others stealing and money laundering, the leadership is suppose to look the other way? Take no action? NO! The whole of government should be working for financial stability. The best way is for each person to have skin in the game. No balanced budget = no paycheck, no benefits, Then and only then will the "employees" (ie congress) work for the financial success of our nation. 😙
