I personally believe "Biden" is Lee Harvey Oswald, and as a former Marine he never would have allowed himself to be arrested.
I concur with QTSR that "he" died (likely in a gunfight) at the hands of our SPECIAL FORCES in an Operation at Five-Finger Lakes where he and others were hiding out, after they attempted again to harm our Wartime President, AGAIN.
QTSR is part of Q-Team I am convinced of that and have been for years.
