What most people don't realize is that it is common practice in healthcare (specifically ICU's where patients are severely ill, to "overdose" a little medication to expedite someone's passing. Nurses will say, "Let me know when you are ready to let go". This does not get charted and so no one is the wiser and the family thinks the nurses are there to help them with the passing. So, thru their grief, they are consenting to a little "push" to get the dying patient over the bridge. Still sounds like murder to me.
