Itt's called informed consent. Make sure you educate your patients before they consent. Everyone has the right to choose there own Plan Of Care. I am a patient advocate. If, after I politely teach about the Ludacrisness of taking a vaccine that has a 5% chance of killing you for a virus that only has a 1% chance of killing you, that you could suffer horrible side effects from it and have no cure or recorse in legal actions for said side effects, and they STILL want it....then they have that right. Ihave not administere one and hope I never have to.

I worked medical for 30+ years, but refused to be a patient.

I did medical & legal transcription from home for 23 docs in 6 clinics...

You would be HORRIFIED at how many hip replacements, etc. actually go bad.

You would be MORE HORRIFIED to find out how many doctors take out the wrong lung, etc.

Finally, I had to quit that kind of work because it was breaking my heart how many people were being messed up for life.

totally get it. Worked in that field myself and it made me turn 'alternative'. tests are mixed up all the time. one young woman was told she had an aggressive dis-ease and had to have all her reproductive organs taken out immediately and after the operation, they found out it wasn't her and the one who DID have that dis-ease... well... who knows. people don't realize this is commonplace...

I worked as an x-ray tech at the regional VA complex in the Texas Panhandle...

We had one doc - Chinese guy, Dr. King, thoracic surgeon.

We had a betting pool for his patients - would they leave the table alive? How long would they live? etc.

Truly disgusting.

VA doctors are the bottom of the barrel.

The average American has NO IDEA how "fast & loose" they're playing in most hospitals.

Don't even get me started on nosocomial infections...
