Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness, bitter for sweet

While I understand the point, this is not true.

Anyone - be they a citizen, visitor (legal or illegal, or immigrant (legal or illegal) IS SUBJECT TO THE LAWS OF THE USA - which include the U.S. Constitution.

The Constitution does NOT include any protections for anyone who is in the USA ILLEGALLY.

The Constitution DOES protect US citizens from BANISHMENT (ie. deportation).

The Constitution applies to anyone who agrees to abide by it. It is the basis for all other laws in the USA.

The word illegal means in itself they have already given up any protections he/she ever imagined they had.

Precisely. But the law has provision for dealing with illegal β€œimmigrants” - specifically, they can be deported.
