“Frohbieter was listed on the NCDPS website as an employee of the Division of Emergency Management at the time of his arrest. According to the North Carolina Association of Floodplain Managers, he was a flood warning management engineer for the North Carolina floodplain mapping program. He has since been removed from the website.

The U.S. Marine Corps Forces Reserve website said Frohbieter is a Marine captain and the commanding officer of the reserve Fox Battery, 2nd Battalion, 14th Marines, a position he was named to in December 2023. Additionally, he was a volunteer with the Northern Wake Fire Department in Raleigh.”
