The processed foods, horrible sodas, people glued to devices, the medical complex pushing drugs instead of offering nutritional and lifestyle changes all contribute to a vicious cycle of obesity, illness, weak immune system and further need of some prescription medication.🙄
I saw a headline about how you do not need to do cardiac exercise to lose weight. I cannot read something like that bc everybody needs to do cardiac exercise regardless of weight. I am suspicious that they are trying to prevent more people having heart issues appear as the weather warms up and people get out and start exercising. This exact thing has happened to yet another relative of mine who is a former marathon runner. Now had to cancel vacation plans and everybody acting baffled.

Yes, I believe you are correct, younger people especially having cardiac issues due to the vax. 😉
