Why do we have judges?
One person deemed as God to judge on one or many?

In The Republic, there will be no judges, instead County Justices. They will be an impartial moderator of the process to redress grievances between parties. Then the grand jury decides. No more legislating or pontificating from the bench. Judges are just hearing officers whose powers have gone unchecked.

Enforcing the law ALREADY on the books would fix that.
