My understanding is that a judge doesn't have the power to overrule a president on domestic or national security. If a president deems someone a security threat or immigration a threat to domestic security, that is not a judge's purview.

In The Republic, there will be no judges, instead County Justices. They will be an impartial moderator of the process to redress grievances between parties. Then the grand jury decides. No more legislating or pontificating from the bench. Judges are just hearing officers whose powers have gone unchecked.
