I would think a federal judge does not have more power than a wartime POTUS with a state of emergency order in place. If the law of war manual is being used, I would guess Trump has more powers, not less. 🤔

Don't understand.... There's other federal laws that allows the expulsion of illegals, especially the violent criminal ones.
Am I seeing a pattern where Trump made us campaign promises that he allegedly 'keeps' but that all these judges undo and takes Trump off the hook??? Anyone elses suspecting this? It makes me want to scream frankly because if true, the level of betrayal will be significant for all of us.
BTW... this was what happened as well in his first term.
