Flax seeds and hemp seeds are easy ways to get extra nutrients in your system. I put half a T of each sprinkled on my salad. I love this brand of vegan hummus and no poison chemicals are added like some “name brands.”. I eat raw vegetables but I eat them MUCH BETTER with something to “dip” it in. Just pay attention to the ingredients of what you use to dip yours in…. A lot of store stuff has bad stuff in it. They didn’t have the french onion I usually use at Publix so this week I got roasted red pepper and it’s really good - I’ll make more of my own hummus when I have my own space again, stocked kitchen and am able….

I did a kale salad with poppyseed dressing, 2 boiled eggs, a few carrots and raw zucchini (yum!) dipped in hummus, fruit- mostly pineapple. I also had an apple, banana, cashews and pistachios and coffee with almond milk vanilla creamer and a lemon/orangeade. I’ll also make my own peanut butter cups when I am able but “unreal” is yummy and I’ll probably have one later! ♥️#Ithaca#hummus#Unreal
