Some asparagus, carrots and onions baked with a little avocado oil, sea salt, flax seeds and garlic, fruit, 2 eggs and a couple slices of cucumber. I also had some crackers and a handful of pistachios earlier. I drank a cup of coffee with filtered water and vanilla almond milk creamer. I drink lemon and orange squeezed in my filtered water sweetened with stevia at the moment. It is a good way to get extra nutrition in you by eating the fruit or drinking it.
Right now, most days I drink 40ozs I would guess total right now. If it’s super hot in the sun and I sweat or something, naturally I’ll drink more. Listen to your body.
For some reason it was “in my head” to drink 80ozs of water a day or half your body weight and I don’t think that is right. At least for me……
Fruit and veggies also help keep you hydrated so listen to YOUR body.

Once you “jump off the junk timeline” you don’t want to visit the “other side” ever again…..🩷 you get used to eating healthy. It’s how everyone always should have been eating before well- bullshit to kill us and keep us stuck in lower timelines from staying poisoned and under mind control complying….
