They do it all the time. We just don't hear about it or maybe not paying attention. They write bills of 1000 pages or more and then hold a vote without giving Congress enough time to read it.
im tired of bills being passed...or bills being talked about that contain 5 million things...
do one bill at a time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
