IF He was a Former President... that's exactly what He did. He violated MULTIPLE Federal Laws from Title 18 which is titled: Federal Law and Criminal Procedures. 

Such as the ONLY to appear at the Border with Governor of Texas and the Adjutant General of Texas... 

If He was a Former President, that would have been a Breach of National Security and the breaking of Federal Laws from Title 18 and his own EO 13848 with National Emergency. 

But.... “Joe” continued 8 Executive Orders with 8 National Emergencies by TRUMP from 2017 to 2020, that would've automatically terminated in 2 years by Law.
