👍Best: Unpasteurized butter, Tallow, Duck fat, Lard, or Organic coconut oil.

👎Avoid: Canola, Soy, Corn, Vegetable oil, Cottonseed, Sunflower, Avocado, Nonstick sprays, etc.

Good grief, it seems the oil thing changes every month. We made the choice for olive, avocado, coconut, and butter. We got rid of rapeseed, sunflower, safflower and other seed oils. However seed oils are in most foods, even healthier food choices. 🙄
