Never, ever feed your child ANY cereal from major manufacturers! No matter how much your child screams for those sugar, dye, and GMO laden "foods." Better to scramble an egg, served with a high fiber toast and a bowl of fresh fruit. It takes only a few minutes. ( you can fix the fruit the night before, already to go in the morning.) Your child will do better in school as well without all the junk. They will be more attentive and less hyper. Then pack a good lunch and never have them eat school provided lunches where ketchup is considered a vegetable. 🙄

My daughter bought me one, she started her sour dough and others when she was pregnant. They use it for all forms, wraps, pizza rolls etc. It's so much better and heathier!
