Also not wearing sunglasses is beneficial. I quit wearing sunglasses except when there is glare in snow and glare while driving. The world is so alive too when you stop blocking what you are seeing The details in nature come alive. Of course never look directly at the sun! 😇

I try to run right out every time the sun break through the clouds. Unfortunately this time of year I just start when the clouds move in again. Not that it is bad but this time the rain came down so here I am until the next break. 😀
