Here is my main plate for today. TBD if I eat it all (not at once for sure!)…… honestly shhhh….. haven’t cleared my plate in a long time but I almost did yesterday by finishing the fruit at bedtime. Haha.
Today is a salad with a boiled egg, fruit (non poison pb) and raw veggies w/non poison hummus. I ate some mango, cantaloupe, pistachios and cashews earlier.

As always, if/when I want something sweet, I’ll eat it. When you eat healthier you don’t crave bad stuff. The stuff in sodas & some foods & gums can make people addicted. They keep poisoning their-self all day. I did drink Diet Coke years ago & loved it when I was poisoned & brainwashed but now the thought burns my esophagus. Today I’ve had coffee & I make it w/ filtered water & orange/lemons “lorangeade? 🤣🤷♀️)….. might have more fruits added in to come up w/ another name before we know it….. squeezed in filtered water & mixed together it is so good to drink on. I do sweeten it a little w/ stevia. I’ll switch it up if I need to but I definitely don’t use regular POISON sugar. Splenda, equal, all that poison. Some use honey to sweeten. I bet cherries would be good mashed in it…… I need them and peaches in season. Sorry rambling and random but peaches and cherries have been in my head 2 weeks and “frozen” and put out just isn’t the same as fresh! 🍒 🍑
