Real Honey, REAL Maple Syrup or REAL Molasses good.
You could NOT eat the amount of Sugar Cane that it would take to produce Cane Syrup...
SUGAR cause of heart problems and plaque build up in arteries.
Grass Fed Raw Whole Milk the best satisfying milk. (& Nutritionally rich.)

Whole foods satisfies ..remove fats & you want more.
Add salts does not make up for missing fats either.

When body does not get Fats it needs it will hold fats it does get.

We are fearfully and wonderfully made. I avoid sugar.

I eat mainly what God creates..
(simple not complex)...for most of my life have had problems with rice, breads & pasta.

Sticking to cabbage, broccoli, carrots, zucchini. onions, garlic... not complex carbs. Not man made.

Oh and roots...ginger, turmeric..seeds herbs nuts...
It has helped my body.
Simple flavors..NOT processed.. realized I can do Wlole Grass Fed Milk...can't wait till RAW comes back.
OH and NO SEED OILS...I steam with water..drink water later.
