Many of the GOP are compromised and being blackmailed in some way is my guess. This is why IMO, the current congress needs to be dismissed and a new congress under the New Republic begun. 🇺🇸
Why do we even need a congress? We, the people, can vote directly and within minutes have our vote accounted for. Back in the day, when communication was slow and transportation hard, we needed a representative to "represent" us and our vote because we couldn't personally get to Washington often enough or fast enough.
