This is NOT an injured Virginia. This is a DEAD Virginia Guiffre. When a human dies and the heart stops, all the blood flows to the lowest level, so the body bruises quickly there.
Likewise, when you die, all the muscles relax, so your pupils open, and, look carefully, and you can see that her eyes are dark from the pupils being wide open.

Furthermore, if someone suffers renal failure, they can be kep alive on dialysis machines, a shit life, but possible, so that is no excuse. Likewise, it is well known that the Security services have an AI that can simulate a person's online presence long after they have died.

I like your thought process here, Robert however, this is not lividity as it’s too splotchy, and there most likely would be flattening of the body on the part where the blood pools. I’m not saying she’s not dead but, IMO just looks like she got beat up.
