Rather, instead of having more activist judges popping up and preventing individuals that may need to be removed from being removed, this is another way to go about it. Is he saying vaccines are bad? No, he is not because they do not have that data yet. The AI project will provide data to determine what is working and what is not. What we see here is restructuring because as it was reported earlier in the MSM, he was facing serious impediments in trying to get the data for the AI project.
