Here is my main food for the day today. Nutritious and delicious…

2 cups of coffee with vanilla almond milk creamer
I made a big cup of “Orangeade” with filtered water and stevia as I didn’t have a lemon 🍋 today. It was good. I want to try half and half now lol. Half lemon and half orange together. Wonder what that’s called? 🤷‍♀️😊
A little alkaline water.
3 scrambled eggs
Mixed fruit
Kale salad with sunflower seeds and flax seeds for extra nutrients mixed in
Raw veggies….. in my dairy free french onion hummus. The hummus makes it work for me and I love it. (For example the couple pieces of radish- are basically weird and tasteless to me plain and raw….. in hummus, makes it decent!)

Then I buy NOT POISONOUS INGREDIENTS granola……#ingredientsmatter and add some fruit, non poisonous peanut butter, non dairy no poison chocolate chips and flax seeds….. I have it set aside to add some almond milk to later and YUMMY—— it is sooooo good!!!!!
