HONOR GOD

“But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:”

Breathe in deeply and, if you're able to, open up your hands and place them in front of you. Think of 1-3 things Jesus has done for you, and thank Him for that. Imagine giving your praise to God.
