What's the first thing "christians" teach their children?
You're BORN WITH SIN!
There is a old bearded man in the sky that Loves All his children.
However, you must be good little girl or boy or that that old man will punish you by:
not blessing you with gifts of love & happiness,
making your life a struggle,
give you a sucky job, boss & coworkers
give you cancer,
"god's WILL"
and,
you must love this old man with all your heart, putting him first in all things, in all ways,
you must follow all "his" rule.
If you're not perfect at this,
you must throw yourself onto your knees& repent to "him" all your wrongdoings, preferably in front of other inperfect people,
as many times as you break "his" rules!
And,
when you die, although "he" loves All his children, if "he" deems you unworthy of being with "him" in his paradise in the sky,
he will send YOU to a dark place of burning fires FOREVER!

I was here early in 2021, then got "spooked". I am back because I want to live. I read a lot. I observe. I listen. I have faith in us.
Many Christians are probably asking themselves what you are going on about. I never heard those practices attributed broadly to Christians until this past decade in the south where I have had more time to read and investigate. While they may have been going on up north where I grew up, I never heard of anyone Christian being told they were born in sin or confessing. I never heard the allegations about Christmas being satanic or any of the other very colorful ideas bandied about on this site. This is not to say none of this happens or happened, but perhaps consider after WWII the very heavy propaganda campaigns designed to chip away at Christians who are not interested in the designs and machinations of the communist crowd.
