I have the boiled egg plate today. Yesterday I had the other. These are my main meals each day right now. I never eat it all at once.
I ate some almonds, pistachios and cashews earlier and some cantaloupe, mango and a few crackers…. And an unreal brand peanut butter cup….. yesterday and today also! I also had a lemonade each day with stevia and filtered water and coffee with dairy free almond milk vanilla creamer. IF I want it I’ll have granola with chocolate chips and peanut butter and almond milk or a few bites of dairy free ice cream. LISTEN TO ☄️YOUR ☄️ BODY.
