This very important precedent of Law has been accepted for 147 years even by the Admiralty Courts of the Crown & BAR Association, let alone the Common Law courts of the time, so there is no principle of Law which the IRS or the Federal Government can stand on to collect Income Tax, because it was FRAUD. To "vitiate" means to invalidate, and this precedent applies from the moment the fraud first occurred, in this case 1913.
That is in addition to the fact that THERE IS NO LAW IN AMERICA REQUIRING THE PAYMENT OF INCOME TAXES. Period.
The Law doesn't exist.
Then, when money was taken under such a fraud, that's when it becomes CRIMINAL FRAUD - when the "victim" is separated from their money.
Criminals cannot keep the money they stole, BTW.
The entire Income Tax Collection Scheme of the Federal Reserve/IRS was EXTORTION, because the threat of being arrested & imprisoned was real.
IRS last contacted me over 4 months ago with a response to my letter that I no longer volunteer to pay taxes by saying they needed another 90 days to review my account, but I have heard nothing.
Jail at this point 67 years old, sounds good. Away from all computers and cell phones, 3 hots and a cot, exercise room, free healthcare( which is no worse now than hospital care), etc.

IRS had sent me a bill saying I had not filed and need to in order to prevent any liens etc. I tore the shit up and tossed it in the garbage. I haven't gotten anything else since.. I do not inform them of anything because they do not exist as far as I am concerned. That is for income tax/state tax. Federal keeps taking out of my paycheck but Unauthorized by me. As far as property tax, am keeping from paying for a couple three months hoping April 2 comes with some relief, any relief, but they add interest to what they say I owe, they add interest each other. Now I am 2 months late.

Because they sent me one and said that my retired husband and my disabled self owed another $4400. How? We are both on social security.
I had no choice but to respond when they said they would put a lein on my house, and didn't have the $4400 lying around to pay..

IMO, the best thing that could happen is every penny sent to the IRS by citizens with good intentions of helping our nation by paying our taxes; is for every penny paid in to be returned ASAP. Good citizens that have been duped all these years should be rewarded, not ever penalized because the truth was withheld. President Trump should make a declaration that anyone who has discovered they owe taxes this year are NOT REQUIRED to pay anything owed. That would be a significant first step to bringing about the ending of this unlawful taxation. 😇
