BOOM

Starting March 31st, all new and existing recipients of Social Security benefits will now have to verify their identity in person rather than over the phone.

Wonder if those over 200 years old and receiving checks will be able to make it to their local SSA office?

Most or those got fired or reassigned to a different area, like Our Border. Most probably took the layoff.

You know that’s a lot to ask of perfectly honest people. Our nearest and only SS office is a 6 hour round trip in the car. Just because a small bunch of thieves have hijacked the SS money system the good people have to suffer. We have hip pain, deafness, leg cramps driving in ground fog. A lot of complaints because these creeps are making them force us to prove we’re alive! More indignities and no one has been arrested in all this time! Really! This is too far! It is unreasonable. Why can’t they track those illegitimate accounts?

I'm not sure, we have similar issues. Maybe they can arrange zoom calls?
