However, the amount of time it takes to break a cycle or heal is fully dependent on the current beliefs of the individual.
If One holds and abides by a belief that it will "take time" then that's exactly what occurs.
If, however, One believes they can release or change a taught believe quickly, it can happen in a matter of seconds.
