I like the meme, but I believe that those who committed the crime are no longer in charge.
They still have some ammo, but it is almost spent.
And I've been to the scene of the crime.
There's NO WAY anybody other than a trained sniper made that shot- if that is indeed where it came from- and LHO was no trained sniper.
