Thank you because I did not even catch the video part but it is great! Gary Payton is talking about the mental health needs of players and how basketball has changed from when he started and how it works now. One thing I really like is he is talking about all the transfer portal movement and how that impacts players self-esteem and confidence and how that is connected to mental health issues. This is really important because they are doing this in the colleges and maybe even some hight schools now so I am glad he is talking about it.
