There is a local shop here that processes only grass-fed beef, whole chickens from local farmers. Locally grown veggies, fruit. He make whole hog sausage. He's been in business for decades. All his food is natural, no additives. It is very reasonable priced. If you are blessed to have a local butcher, you really need to check it out. He also sells fresh milk pasteurized but still has the cream. You have to shake it before you pour or you will get a glass of cream. My Mama loved it.
