So many know nothing about the constitution! All Americans have the right to say they will not take a vaccine in order be....what....educated? it is more sinister than you know, look into parens patriae doctrine. This is how the state and the church view all of mankind. The birth cert is their legal authority to insert themselves into ALL aspects of your life. The 'title' to your being. The powers that shouldn't be consider you of the age of minority mentally, not chronologically. Their hidden spells of ownership of mankind based on this doctrine is how the legal system works using you for profit in their commerce courts.
