My youngest is non-verbal and I just heard him say "Mom Ma" (two syllables).
This just tickles my heart and makes me beam with pride smiles!!!

Yes, but it is more seriously complicated. My son was born missing the entire lower back portion of the brain. When he was born, there were only 1 of 10 or 11 people living without that portion of the brain. He has seizures. left, right, and overall. He doesn't have autism in the manner others have it. He is a very beautiful soul and son though! I treasure every moment. When he was born they told me not to get used to him, and my son has proved them wrong again and again! I do not like nor trust doctors! 💛
