Anyone up for a Q the Gathering Car Drive on the Cherohala & Meet and Greet? From NC to TN and back?

Please note that this skyway is relatively up to 5000+ feet in height at times and you should make sure tires and car is checked before coming on this drive due to the fact that gas stations or repair places are many miles from where we are driving, it is very very rural and some cell phone reception may not be available in places!

Not sure on a date yet, but does anyone have a date and time they would prefer or cannot go?
I can give a list of places to stay on NC side, some are Free for the camping spots in some places, some places are for $, and there are some, not many hotels/motels in the town, roughly about a $100 a night or so, depending on season. There is also some higher end and places nearby with a further drive!
