Keep in mind, depending on the brand, some caster oils have heavy metals in them. for example, Walmart cheap China made Caster Oil I have heard.

This is the Castor Oil I use, I swear by it. Have a castor oil pack on now as I had a 48 hour stomach bug…definitely helped having the pack and a heating pad. I’ve kept in on all day. Have been able to eat🐸
