Pedophilia is a SATANIC agenda that kills and destroys. It is a profound darkness that can only exist in the darkness. Revelation brings light into the darkness, and the darkness cannot stand against the light. The more light of truth that is spread, the more darkness is defeated. The horrifying truths must be revealed to stop this insidious creeping darkness. Those who participate in these SATANIC endeavors must be removed from society IMO. Darkness and light cannot coexist.
Mandatory Death Sentence is the ONLY thing that will prevent Pedophilia with these Inhuman Monsters. Rape a child, then their lives are forfeit.
Only in cases of incest would it even be considerable to impose Mandatory Life Sentences without Parole, just so the victim doesn't carry guilt of resulting death of a family member - and that's the ONLY possible exception to Mandatory Death Sentences. Mandatory Life if a family member.
All assets seized of course, then redistributed to the victim(s).
Penalty must be made MANDATORY.

I disagree. If allowed to live they could do it to more people, and rarely is incest their only victims. Even life without parole with the justice system they could somehow be released under various circumstances. It should be a law you touch a child you’re dead.

I totally see your point Grave, trust me, & initially before I thought deeply from a victim's perspective, that was how I felt, too. Mandatory Death Penalty in all cases.
But then I thought... what about when it involves a parent or a sibling who was the rapist? Wouldn't adding more trauma on top of child's initial trauma just hurt the victim more? To know their parent or sibling, etc., was absolutely going to be put to death?
Guilt, fear or worry associated with Death Penalty for a family member might also prevent reporting of incest, whereas life in prison might not, IMO.
So that's why I suggest (reluctantly) life in prison for incest, no exceptions, no freedom EVER and in all other cases of child rape, Mandatory Death Sentence, no exceptions.
Also, I'm not talking about the Admiralty Court System, which is going away. That BAR Legal System protects pedos & criminals. I mean under Common Law, which has more finite & harsher penalties than Admiralty Law

I don't disagree with your perspective at all, Keri, and yes they too are Monsters and rape by incest usually means there are other family victims & probably victims outside the family, too.
The only reason I say Mandatory Life w/No Parole EVER is only out of concern for VICTIMS and not the PERPETRATORS, because victims have already been traumatized, and could be further traumatized. For example, if reporting incest meant the Perp would be put to death, I worry the Victim would be unjustly held responsible for or ostracized by other family members. I also worry that Victims wouldn't report on family members if Death was mandatory, What if the victim doesn't just want to carry the guilt of causing another family member to be put to death?
Mandatory Life Imprisonment might resolve those dilemmas for the victim.
Lock them up in cell blocks deep under the surface of the moon.
In all other cases of child rape - Mandatory Death Sentence.
