Here’s an example of my main food for the day. I usually eat the 3 eggs because who wants cold eggs…..and snack when hungry on the rest…… I had some pistachios, peanut butter pretzels, half a banana and some cantaloupe earlier. If I want it, I’ll have a piece of dairy free chocolate or ice cream later. Eating healthy will be a breeze when you switch over brands and find things that work for you…. (and when mainstream quits selling us poison….. )

(I don’t want to eat raw plain vegetables either…… that’s why I make or find a hummus or dressing - the hummus I currently use is pictured below along with my main food…… because this salad is Brussels sprouts, kale and cabbage and broccoli pieces and who wants that plain….. not me but poppyseed dressing makes it delicious) eating healthy doesn’t suck! I love dairy free ice cream and chocolate and stuff still….. with better ingredients as#ingredientsmatter

Cook veggies in avocado, hemp, coconut, olive oil (THROW AWAY YOUR CANOLA OIL AND CRAP OILS!) and your favorite seasonings if you struggle getting them in. Use hemp seeds, turmeric, cumin, flax seeds, chia seeds in stuff …… BE CREATIVE! I can’t wait for a kitchen with all kinds of stuff needed for health…. And to play around with cooking myself and make yummy fruit smoothies and even some with hidden veggies in it……..#healthyyou WE CAN DO THIS! You CAN do this.
