Hereās an example of my main food for the day. I usually eat the 3 eggs because who wants cold eggsā¦..and snack when hungry on the restā¦ā¦ I had some pistachios, peanut butter pretzels, half a banana and some cantaloupe earlier. If I want it, Iāll have a piece of dairy free chocolate or ice cream later. Eating healthy will be a breeze when you switch over brands and find things that work for youā¦. (and when mainstream quits selling us poisonā¦.. )
(I donāt want to eat raw plain vegetables eitherā¦ā¦ thatās why I make or find a hummus or dressing - the hummus I currently use is pictured below along with my main foodā¦ā¦ because this salad is Brussels sprouts, kale and cabbage and broccoli pieces and who wants that plainā¦.. not me but poppyseed dressing makes it delicious) eating healthy doesnāt suck! I love dairy free ice cream and chocolate and stuff stillā¦.. with better ingredients as#ingredientsmatter

Cook veggies in avocado, hemp, coconut, olive oil (THROW AWAY YOUR CANOLA OIL AND CRAP OILS!) and your favorite seasonings if you struggle getting them in. Use hemp seeds, turmeric, cumin, flax seeds, chia seeds in stuff ā¦ā¦ BE CREATIVE! I canāt wait for a kitchen with all kinds of stuff needed for healthā¦. And to play around with cooking myself and make yummy fruit smoothies and even some with hidden veggies in itā¦ā¦..#healthyyou WE CAN DO THIS! You CAN do this.
