Not Greece but Europe they need to make a deal to add their defense spending... and not think that the US is going to cover them with zero support from Europe.
Yesterday in a long speech to the EU a US economist told them Europe must have its own foreign policy as Europe, not individually as countries. They cannot simply use the US policy since they disagree with much of it and they can’t change it. They seemed stunned.
