My dental sensitivity vanished once I switched to a non flouride toothpaste and use just peroxide and water as a mouth rinse. My dental cleanings were easier and quicker due to less tartar build up. Gums are healthier without inflammation. We also filter flouride from our drinking water. 😇

Oil pulling made me gag.. Instead I brush my teeth with coconut oil then spit into a trash can. (Coconut oil can clog your drain). I have one toothbrush for brushing with dental powder and a 2nd brush for coconut oil.
Root canals fail 5% to 22% of the time. I had an infected root canal. I put Oregano Oil directly on it for a week, and it has been great. The oil completely killed the infection.
