Thanks, I remember seeing this video a couple years ago and I've seen him on several occasions.
No matter who I watch and listen to, their timelines are all off as nobody putting information out there knows the exact time when these events happen. Not even the soldiers with the boots on the ground know there mission until they are in route and they are held to a secrecy to which they cannot reveal their missions.
