It's true. My mom and I were on food stamps for a while and we couldn't even get a rotisserie chicken from the hot bar. And you can't even get aluminum foil, paper plates, paper towels, toilet paper. I know it's food stamps, but there should be an exception for those things, because if you're on food stamps, chances are, you can't afford miscellaneous purchases!
