RRN Tribunal reports contain the names of real Active Duty Military Officers of very high Rank, Stature & Reputation. These reports also contain the names of real Public Officials being Tribunaled & Sentenced.
If those reports were in any way fake or fraudulent, the Military Officers mentioned in those reports would IMO be required to publicly denounce those reports as fake or fraudulent - BUT THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED to my knowledge.
If the need was for the Military to have plausible deniability, to inform the public what was going on without compromising Operational Security, & keep the Enemy guessing & off balance, why not create a "satirical" news outlet exactly like RRN?

Interesting the similarity of BO and this prince.
